Management
Mrs. Orit Lerer is the Chief Executive Officer of Bank Hapoalim (Switzerland) Ltd. Her previous role was Head of International Division at Bank Hapoalim B.M. At the same time, she was functioning as a management member of Bank Hapoalim B.M. and as a chairperson of the Board at Bank Hapoalim (Switzerland) Ltd. She joined Bank Hapoalim B.M. in 1977. Mrs. Orit Lerer was appointed to the Board of Management of Bank Hapoalim B.M. in 2004, as Chief Internal Auditor. Prior to that, she fulfilled several senior positions including Manager of the Loan Collection & Control Division (1993-2004). Mrs. Orit Lerer holds a B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Head of Private Banking
Mr. Moshé Allouche joined the Bank in 2003 and was appointed to the Bank’s leadership team in 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Allouche fulfilled many senior executive positions at Bank Hapoalim B.M., including Manager of Foreign Securities Trading & Advisory Unit (1998-2003). Mr. Allouche holds a BA in Corporate Finance from Institut Supérieur du Commerce, Paris, France and an MBA in Finance and Banking from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, Israel.
Head of Treasury & Trading, Head Office Zurich
Mr. Rudolf Brunner joined the Bank in 1992 and was appointed to the Board of Management in 2005. Before his appointment to Head of Treasury & Trading, he held several other senior executive positions. Prior to joining Bank Hapoalim (Switzerland) Ltd, Mr. Brunner was Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, Zurich. Mr. Brunner holds a Swiss Certified Accountant diploma and a BA in Economics from University of Zurich.
Chief Operating Officer, Head Office Zurich Mr. Daniel Calo joined the Bank in 1987 and was appointed to the Board of Management in October 2008 to be responsible for the Operations Technology and IT. For the three years prior to his appointment, he served as branch manager in Luxembourg. Prior to that, Mr. Calo fulfilled senior executive positions, including branch manager at the Netanya and the Hayam branches of Bank Hapoalim B.M.and representative of the Bank in Venezuela. Mr. Calo holds a MBA in Marketing & Finance from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Economics.
Chief Financial Officer, Head Office Zurich
Mr.Bernard Fishman joined Bank Hapoalim (Switzerland) Ltd on the 1 December 2011 as the new Chief Financial Officer of our Bank. Before joining our Bank he worked 17 years as a partner for Ernst & Young financial services (audit and advisory services) in Geneva and before that he worked for KPMG in Zurich. While working with Ernst & Young he also led their competence center for Private Banking for the French part of Switzerland and developed and sold with his team various risk management solutions for large private banks. Mr. Fishman is a certified Swiss Public Accountant, a certified IFRS accountant and has been accredited as leading auditor by the Finma since 1991. He has a licence in economics from HEC Lausanne and a licence in political sciences from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland.
Head of Compliance, Risk-Management and Internal Control, Head Office Zurich
Mrs. Fotsch joined the Bank in 2005 and was appointed to the Board of Management in May 2008. Mrs. Fotsch is responsible for the Compliance, Risk-Management and Internal Control. Before joining Bank Hapoalim (Switzerland) Ltd, she served as Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, Financial Services, Zurich. Prior to that, Mrs. Fotsch fulfilled senior executive positions, including divisional head of accounting, risk management and compliance at Fuji Bank, Zurich.
Mrs. Fotsch holds pre-degree examinations to Swiss Certified Accountant and a BA in Economics.
Branch Manager, Luxembourg
Mr. Golergant joined Bank Hapoalim (Switzerland) Ltd in 2011. He was appointed to his current position as Branch Manager Luxembourg.
Prior to that, Mr. Golergant fulfilled many senior executive positions including General Manager of Representative Offices of Bank Hapoalim B.M. in Argentina and Chile.
Mr. Golergant has been with Bank Hapoalim B.M. since 2000.
He is still serving as a Director of Hapoalim Latin America S.A. in Uruguay.
Mr. Golergant holds an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.
Branch Manager, Singapore
Mr. Keith Harrison joined the Bank in September 2008. Mr. Harrison is a Chartered Accountant by profession, having qualified in London in 1982. He worked for Price Waterhouse in Johannesburg for two years before leaving for banking to bank Samuel Montagu in 1985 where he worked in London, and from 1987 in Hong Kong .In 1991 Mr. Harrison joined the international private banking business of Standard Chartered. From Hong Kong he moved with Standard Chartered to Geneva in 1995 to head their private banking business for Europe and the Middle East. In 1996 he joined Coutts in Singapore where he spent three years before moving to Miami in 1999 then to Zurich in 2004 and Geneva in 2005 where Mr. Harrison headed the branch and was deputy head of private banking for the bank.
Branch Manager Zurich
Mr Levcovich joined the Bank in 2001 and was appointed to the Management in 2011. Before his appointment to Branch Manager Zurich, he held several other senior executive positions.
Mr Levcovich holds a Certified Investment Advisor diploma and a Bachelor in Economics from Ruppin University in Israel.
Branch Manager, Geneva
Ms. Rixa Starkman heads the Geneva Branch of Bank Hapoalim (Switzerland) Ltd. She was appointed to this position in May 2009. Ms. Starkman holds a Warwick MBA from the University of Warwick UK, a BA in Economics and International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and she is a Qualified Investment Advisor.With over 17 years of professional experience, Ms. Starkman fulfilled senior executive positions at Bank Leumi, acting lately as Branch Manager of the Geneva Branch. Ms. Starkman has also extensive diplomatic experience having served in different posts as a Diplomat for the Republic of Honduras in Spain and Switzerland.
